Thanks to the good folks at Sister PR and Girl Geek Dinners, Regent Street Tweet will go down in history as one of the greatest shopping events in London. With over 20 stores, restaurants and bars on Regent Street and its surrounding areas participating, there was literally something for everyone. Bloggers and shopping enthusiasts started the day at the Apple Store where there were presentations on the relationship between fashion, technology and social media. Guests then trekked around the busy shopping haven getting pampered with pedicures at Ugg Australia, sipping libations at Dirty Martini, and participating in a jewelry treasure hunt at the Swarovski Crystallized boutique.

But the action didn't end there. Whole Foods Market, known for their tasty (and expensive) organic food gave a cupcake decorating class where participants made blue Cookie Monster creations. If I don't cut it as a blogger, perhaps a future as a pastry chef is in the cards?

If that doesn't work, there's always bartending. At The Living Room, participants learned how to make sexy cocktails like the Watermelon & Lychee Sling consisting of lychee liquor, vodka, watermelon, lemon juice, sugar syrup and garnished with a slice of...you guessed it, watermelon!

The day ended with several lucky tweeters winning prizes from Guess, Superdry and Oliver Sweeney among other participating brands. Despite the soggy London weather, guests had something to brighten their day.
