Vogue Italia has done it again. For the second time they have featured an editorial spread spotlighting all black models. The first shoot back in 2008 was part of an all black issue that soley showcased models of color.

The current spread, aptly named The Black Allure, shows of-the-moment supermodels Chanel Iman, Jourdan Dunn, Melodie Monrose, Joan Smalls, Rose Cordero, Sessilee Lopez, Kinee Diouf, Arlenis Sosa, Ajak Deng, Georgie Baddiel, Lais Ribeiro, and Mia Niaria.

It is so refreshing to see some diversity on the pages of high fashion magazines. With Vogue US recently doing a photo shoot with all Asian models it seems that single race editorials may become a new trend. Time will tell.
